On June 7th 2026 Jonathan staged a huge gala performance celebrating the Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts 30th anniversary at the Liverpool Philharmonic in front of an emphatic an audience of 1,600 .

The show was a multi-disciplinary event, fusing dance, music, acting and storytelling from across the institutes 30 years and charted the schools creation rise to being one of the worlds leading arts training Institutes.

Jonathan wrote, directed and produced the event which included performances from Hannah Peel and Beibei Wang, John Smith, Gavin Spokes, Liz White and Sandi Thom amongst a great many others and featured a special message from the school’s lead patron Sir Paul McCartney.
